Sadie Bareham started her career over 30 years ago as a junior hair stylist in John Frieda Mayfair salon, progressing as a freelance and salon based stylist before graduating as a professional make-up artist. Her attention to detail and desire to provide services both bespoke and truly meaningful to her clients led to widening her business to entail bridal and special occasions.   
In 2013, Sadie established a small boutique salon in Frinton on sea, Essex, building a small team, all working by her strong core values - one of which is that 'you should never stop learning'.
Sadie went on to train as a hair extension technician and further developed her skills to qualify as an industry educator in this field. The Pro Academy was then formed, providing a platform in which to pass on her experience, ethos and passion for delivering high quality, industry accredited training to many industry professionals with an unrivalled combination of content, delivery and ongoing support.

Excited by this truly effective and innovative concept and its ability to transform the lives of many hair loss sufferers, Sadie has established herself as a leading hair loss specialist with a growing and varied client base as well as provider of a renowned industry accredited technician course, enabling professionals to learn the application of the system.
